Todd Maurer
Todd is a third generation employee here at Maurer’s. He has completed over 30 years of service with the company starting when he was a teenager and working summers while completing his degree work in Business Administration and Marketing at Marquette University. Todd bids most of our larger projects and also handles many of our largest customers and contractors. His responsibilities include estimating, project management, and material ordering and inventory. Todd also handles the office’s administrative duties including interviewing, hiring, and orientation of all new field and office employees, employee compensation and 401K plans, insurance plans, and many of the other human resource functions necessary to keep Maurer’s office running smoothly and efficiently.

Scott Wagner
Scott joined Maurer’s in 2006 and has over thirty five years of experience in the fields of commercial and residential construction. He holds a degree in Construction Management from UW Stout. His duties include maintaining and updating Maurer’s computer systems and creating company marketing brochures and literature. Scott also drafts any necessary CAD drawings for Maurer’s customers and suppliers, downloads plans and specs, estimates projects, prepares proposals, handles project management duties, and he can occasionally be found working on roofs with the field crews.

Linda Degenhardt
Linda joined the Maurer staff in 2003. She handles our data processing, payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and any other office administration duties requested of her. She also assists in project close-outs by submitting any necessary as-built drawings and all of the warranty paperwork on completed projects. Linda is looking forward to retirement during the summer of 2022! She will be missed!

Michelle Maurer
Michelle joined in 2022. She is learning the ropes from Linda to handle all of our payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. She also assists in project close-outs by submitting any necessary as-built drawings and all of the warranty paperwork on completed projects.

Lead Field Personnel
Maurer’s has been blessed with a dedicated crew of personnel that have been with the company for many years. Long term employees include Gene Doering, Rob Weisgerber, John Every, Jimmie Hewitt, Mike Ott, Eugene Olson, Joe Terry, Steve Zinthefer, Billy Foss, Derik Fries, and Josh Berg. Gene Hutter handles our shop duties, including all maintenance and repairs of vehicles and equipment, warehousing inventory, and material loading.
